The onion has scrumptious, white, pungent flesh. This selection will over-winter. Put together fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in a sunny location in late spring after hazard of all frost is handed and when soil temperatures are persistently above 50° or fall. Preserve soil moist and fertilize as wanted. Longer white stems may be achieved by mounding earth up over the stems to blanch them. Bunching onions could also be harvested at any stage, from microgreen to full maturity. Use in Japanese soups, salads, and stir-fries. Roughly 12750 seeds per ounce.
